Working with Katharine Fisher of Pickleball Aligned is a powerful way to improve your game, or work on changing habits which are causing pain or injury. On court sessions are key to improving & playing long term.
Pickleball is a game of repetitive & awkward movements. By working with Katharine on court you will learn how to move in safer ways & minimize reaching and lunging. She will help you to focus on key footwork patterns, improving your balance & coordination, creating a more stable base during transition, and at the No Volley Zone.
Katharine will work with any player who is old enough to have developed chronic injuries, but specializes in players over 50. Her typical client is someone who needs special attention due to past injuries, but is used to being active and able to play freely. They have the drive & motivation to get back to the sport they love, and Katharine has the expertise to help them get there.
Katharine’s background and specialty are movement & alignment. She brings that visual skill to the pickleball court, where she will observe the ways you move & relate those patterns to your chronic injuries. Committed players would rather switch habits than give up the game, so that is where Katharine steps in.
